There is some rules that you must follow them about the refund issue.
* You must have evidence of your lost item
* There must be a normative cause for your loss
* You are allowed to be refunded only from rollbacks, servercrash, bug.
* You will not be able to get refund from your own mistakes.
A lie to staff member results in permanent ban from the community and reset to your account, something to think about.
